In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessed by: a) categories of authorized persons specifically trained involved in the organization of the website (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal personnel, system administrators);

As expressly provided by Article 5, par. 1, lett. e) of the GDPR, Data are retained for the time necessary for their Processing in relation to the provision of the service requested by the Data Subject, or as required by the purposes described above in this document. At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted and, therefore, the rights of access, deletion, correction, and portability of the Data can no longer be exercised.
